ROSANA / CRITICAL SOURCING

Critical spare parts and maintenance sourcing

During an unplanned shutdown, identifying the correct part matters as much as speed. We assess facility maintenance requests by equipment identity, operating conditions and acceptance criteria, exploring sources for the existing part, maintenance kits or alternatives that can be approved.

Product catalogue

Products considered

Plant shutdowns, scheduled maintenance and urgent spare parts requirements.

The products below define the scope of enquiries we assess; they are not a current stock list. Their inclusion does not imply that every product is scarce in every region.

  • Process and circulation pumps
  • Valves, actuators and control valves
  • Rolling bearings, plain bearings and couplings
  • Mechanical seals and gasket sets
  • Industrial motors and gearboxes
  • Compressor service kits and filters
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic components
  • Conveyor belts and drive components

Before purchasing

Start with equipment identification

A part drawing or dimensions may be needed in addition to the manufacturer, serial number and nameplate details. A similar-looking seal, bearing or valve may not be suitable for the same operating conditions.

Complete the shutdown package

Beyond the individual part, check fasteners, kit contents and related consumables. Partial delivery options are assessed alongside maintenance priorities and technical acceptance requirements.

Buyer questions

Can you investigate a part without a part number?

Nameplate photos, equipment details, drawings and dimensions can support an initial assessment. The exact specification and technical suitability must be confirmed before ordering; equivalence is not promised based on a photo alone.

Are new and refurbished parts considered?

Specify the product conditions you accept in your request. If a source is found, condition, maintenance history, warranty and acceptance tests are assessed separately; product condition is never changed without disclosure.

We make no firm stock, price or delivery commitments until availability, product authenticity, origin, quality documentation and delivery terms have been verified. Supply is subject to applicable trade rules, required authorisations and an assessment of end use.

Brand and model names are used to identify products; they do not indicate authorised reseller status, a partnership or available stock. Images are illustrative.
