ROSANA / CRITICAL SOURCING

UPS, power and cooling equipment sourcing

Data centre expansion depends on more than servers. Power backup and heat removal infrastructure must also suit the project. From component replacement in an existing facility to new capacity requirements, we assess needs against the conditions defined by your technical teams.

Before purchasing

Define load and backup requirements together

For a UPS or generator request, provide the load profile, connection arrangement and required backup duration as separate details. Quotations should clearly state whether battery cabinets and accessories are included.

Cooling interfaces

Manufacturer compatibility should be reviewed for the CDU, cold plates and facility cooling system. Temperature, fluid and connection requirements come from the design team; this page does not provide system sizing or installation instructions.

  • Redundancy requirements, delivery location and date

Buyer questions

Can I purchase batteries alone for an existing UPS?

Share the equipment and existing battery specifications, quantity and manufacturer requirements. Compatibility, product age, warranty and shipping terms are assessed as a separate item from the complete system.

Can we plan server and cooling purchases together?

Yes. We can consider their separate technical specifications within a shared delivery schedule. Responsibility for integration and performance acceptance is agreed separately before ordering.

We make no firm stock, price or delivery commitments until availability, product authenticity, origin, quality documentation and delivery terms have been verified. Supply is subject to applicable trade rules, required authorisations and an assessment of end use.
