Is a box guaranteed to maintain a specified temperature?
This cannot be determined from the product name alone. Validation is required for the packaging system, cargo and route conditions. The required performance and acceptance method should be clearly defined before a quotation is prepared.
Can I request packaging and data loggers together?
Yes. Specify the packaging quantity, number of shipments and monitoring requirements separately. Single-use or reusable options and data download requirements can be assessed within the same plan.
